David Koma offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags attached. Please note that bespoke orders and certain delicate eveningwear pieces may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return form to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to book a complimentary courier pickup or drop off the parcel at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and approves the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
